Construction Phase Plans
If you’re the Principle Contractor or a Contractor we can produce the Construction Phase Plan for the project.
We will advise on practical compliance with the regulations from setting up your site Health and Safety files, vetting and managing contractors and gathering the necessary information for inclusion in the Health and Safety file for the project.
Any paperwork produced should help with communication and risk management. Paperwork which adds little to the management of risk is a waste of effort, and can be a dangerous distraction from the real business of risk reduction and management.
