The front page of your project RAMS document is totally bespoke and contains your companies address and logo, and up to 8 logos of your choice such as Refcom, Gas safe, NICEIC, B&ES, Chas etc.
The front page also details the:
§ Type of work – servicing, retro fit, installation etc
§ Clients address and contact details – mobile and e-mail
§ Author’s details – mobile and e-mail
§ Start date
§ Engineer’s name and position
§ Job number
The completed project documentation can include the option of a site specific “Pre-start check sheet and dynamic site risk assessment” for the engineer to sign off before commencing work.
The finished document is paginated e.g. Page 1 of x, Page 2 of x etc and is produced in a pdf format
ACRAMS file size is 1.4 MB which means it can be copied into numerous folders on your PC or laptop. There is no restriction on the number of copies that can be made.
